• The floor is made of 50×200 mm beams, 200 mm insulation, waterproofing, vapor barrier, 35 mm floorboard, 22 mm OSB in the bathroom and tiles, the bottom is hemmed in with welded galvanized mesh to prevent rodents from entering.
• The roof is single-pitched or gable, the rafter system is wooden beams 50×200 mm with a spacing of 600 mm. Clickfalc roofing, wind and waterproofing, 200 mm insulation, vapor barrier, plasterboard or imitation timber
• Exterior walls of the house. The frame of the house is made of dry wood, the connection of the beams is screwed. Beams 50×150 mm, outer cladding with clapboard and imitation timber 20 mm with a ventilation gap, wind and moisture protection membrane, 150 mm insulation, vapor barrier, drywall or imitation timber
• The partitions are made of 50×100 and 50×50 mm timber with soundproof boards and vapor barrier film.
• Installation of the ventilation system – in the wall with a diameter of 100 mm, valve in the color of the facade.
• Installation of electrical wiring – hidden wiring with VVG NG cable with a cross section of 3×1.5 and 3×2.5 in corrugation, taking into account the installation of the panel, sockets and switches.
• Installation of sewerage and water supply – to choose from, hidden or open.
• Windows: double-glazed windows in a profile with an energy-saving coating, laminated outside, windows open, equipped with an adjustable ventilation valve to provide supply ventilation.
• Water: boiler
• Heating: electric convector.

You can order construction in our company. The process includes:

• design – determines the design, dimensions, features of the sewer and heating systems, location of window and door openings. Our specialists prepare a project and prepare a cost estimate. Based on the finished project, a preliminary model of the planned structure is created at the production site;
• preparation of the site for construction – pthe area where the future building is to be constructed is prepared in advance. Depending on how many floors a given building will have, the question of whether a foundation frame is needed is decided. For a temporary facility with a height of no more than two floors, a concrete base is sufficient;
• delivery of block sections by means of special transport – eTo move them, you will need a crane at the construction site. When unloading, they must be placed in the order in which they will be assembled;
• roof installation – prefabricated standard structures are used as roofs, which include rafter beams;
• connection of communications – nOften, the block structure has a special sanitary unit, external communications are connected to it, and wiring is carried out from it internal engineering networks. These works should be entrusted exclusively to professionals to ensure the continuous functioning of all communications of the facility under construction.

The interior decoration of a modular eco-house does not differ from the decoration of other types of houses and can be very diverse. Most of the finishing work is carried out at the production site, but there is also a number of works that are done after assembly at the customer’s site and take literally 2-3 days after installation.

Delivery of a modular building is usually carried out on low-bed platforms, which allows for a modular building height of 3.0 meters. The width of one module is usually 2.5 meters, but it can be increased to 3.2 to 3.5 meters, which will also increase the cost of delivery.

We are confident in the quality of our homes, so we give a 5-year warranty on the structure and a 1-year warranty on finishes and hidden defects. The service life of this type of house is up to 20 years.
