Privacy policy

Revised: 25.10.2026

Short version
  • We collect your data only when you provide it to us yourself — through a form on the website, an email, or a phone call.
  • We use it to respond to your inquiry and prepare a cost estimate for your house. We never sell it to anyone.
  • On the site’s foreign-language pages (for visitors from the EU and the UK), the rules of the European GDPR also apply — Sections 3 and 8a are written specifically for them.
  • We use cookies: some are technically necessary, while others (Google Analytics for analytics and Meta/Facebook Pixel for advertising) are used only with your consent on the site’s foreign-language pages.
  • You may always ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data — free of charge.

1.General provisions

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Law of Ukraine No. 2297 of 01.06.2010 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation, and, for visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, also in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its UK version (UK GDPR) (Sections 3 and 8a).

LLC “KOLEO” (EDRPOU 44383783, registered address: 30 Raiduzhna St., Uzhhorod, Ukraine), caring about developing its relationships with the clients and users of the koleo.com.ua web portal (hereinafter — the “web portal”), has prepared this Privacy Agreement (hereinafter — the “Privacy Policy”).

Please read this page carefully — the information on it is important for you as a user of the web portal and all of its services.

By visiting the web portal, you confirm your consent to this Privacy Policy and to the terms of use of the web portal. If you do not agree, you must leave the web portal and refrain from visiting it in the future.

This Privacy Policy has been in effect since January 1, 2022, and is updated as necessary and/or as a result of changes to applicable legislation. The current revision is dated 25.10.2026.

2.Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to all visitors of koleo.com.ua regardless of the language version of the site.

In addition, Section 3 (“Legal bases under GDPR”) and Section 8a (“Additional rights under GDPR”) apply specifically to visitors of the site’s foreign-language pages — German, French, Italian, English, Polish, Spanish, Slovak, Slovenian, Serbian, Hungarian, and Bulgarian — because it is precisely this criterion (the language of the page you have opened) by which the GDPR considers itself applicable to a company outside the EU that knowingly addresses an audience from the EU/UK. The Ukrainian and Russian versions of the site do not fall under this additional section.

3.Legal bases for processing under GDPR

For visitors of the site’s foreign-language versions, we process personal data on the following bases:

  • Your consent — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel): they work only after you have clicked “Accept” in the banner for the chosen category. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Performance of a request/contract — when you fill in a cost-estimate request form, we process your data to prepare a reply and, later, a contract, should the matter proceed to an order.
  • The company’s legitimate interest — keeping a record of inquiries so that none is lost, and reviewing anonymized statistics to improve the site.
  • Legal obligation — once there is a contract and payment, we are required to retain certain records in accordance with accounting and tax legislation.

4.What data we collect and why

We collect and use personal data (full name, address, phone number, email address, details of your house inquiry) in order to:

  • respond to your questions and inquiries;
  • process orders and applications for the construction, design, and supply of house kits;
  • fulfill our obligations under the agreement you have concluded with us;
  • prevent and resolve issues with products and services;
  • develop products and services that meet your needs;
  • with your separate consent — send you information about products and services (direct marketing).

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to other companies for their own marketing purposes. We will not disclose your information except where required by law (for example, in legal proceedings or to prevent fraud), or where necessary to protect our rights or the rights of users.

5.Cookies and trackers

While operating the site, we use the following categories of cookies:

always on
Necessary

Without them, the site technically does not work (for example, remembering the page language or your choice in the consent banner).

with consent
Analytics — Google Analytics

Help us understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. The data is anonymized.

with consent
Advertising — Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Helps display relevant advertising on Facebook/Instagram and measure its effectiveness.

On the site’s foreign-language pages, analytics and advertising cookies operate only with your consent, independently of each other. On the Ukrainian and Russian versions of the site, they operate without a separate consent request (the banner is not shown on these pages).

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are services operated by Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. (both based in the USA). This means that some technical data (anonymized visit statistics) may be processed on servers located outside the European Union, subject to these providers’ applicable international data-transfer mechanisms.

You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or to warn you before they are sent, and on the site’s foreign-language pages, you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” button in the lower-left corner of the page.

We also use remarketing functionality and web beacons (invisible page elements that help determine whether you have already seen a particular advertisement); they do not directly capture your email address or other personal information.

6.Who your data is shared with

  • the provider of the inquiry-tracking system (CRM), where your inquiry and correspondence are stored;
  • the email provider through which we correspond with you;
  • the hosting provider — the company whose servers the site runs on;
  • Google (the Google Analytics service) — anonymized visit statistics, only with your consent on the foreign-language pages;
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta/Facebook Pixel service) — only with your consent on the foreign-language pages;
  • contractors who provide technical maintenance of the site — access strictly for technical work.

We may also disclose data to government authorities where expressly required by law.

7.Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and no longer than required by law. As a guideline: an inquiry that did not turn into an order is kept for up to 2 years from the date of the last contact; a client’s data, where a contract exists, is kept in accordance with accounting and tax requirements; the record of your choice in the consent banner (foreign-language pages) is kept for up to 12 months, after which the consent request is shown again. Anonymized site statistics are kept without being linked to a specific individual.

When the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized so that a specific individual can no longer be identified.

8.Your rights (Law of Ukraine No. 2297, Article 8)

In accordance with Article 8 of Law of Ukraine No. 2297 of 01.06.2010 “On the Protection of Personal Data,” you have the right to:

  1. know the location of the personal data database, its purpose, and its owner or controller;
  2. receive information about the conditions under which access to your personal data is granted, including the third parties to whom it is disclosed;
  3. access your own personal data;
  4. receive, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of request, a reply as to whether your data is being kept, as well as its content;
  5. submit a reasoned request objecting to the processing of your personal data;
  6. submit a reasoned request for the correction or destruction of your data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
  7. have your personal data protected from unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction;
  8. file complaints about the processing of your personal data with government authorities (including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights) or with a court;
  9. apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection legislation;
  10. make reservations limiting the right to process your data at the time consent is given;
  11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  12. know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
  13. be protected from an automated decision that produces legal effects for you.

Personal data of an individual whose civil capacity is limited, or who has been declared legally incompetent, is managed by their legal representative.

8a.Additional rights under GDPR

If you are viewing the site in one of the foreign-language versions (Section 2), in addition to the rights above, you have the right to:

  1. Receive a copy of your data in a readily readable format (right of access).
  2. Correct inaccurate or outdated data (right to rectification).
  3. Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”), except for records we are legally required to retain — in which case we will honestly explain what remains and why.
  4. Restrict processing — ask us to suspend processing while a disputed matter is being resolved.
  5. Object to processing for a particular purpose, including marketing.
  6. Withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  7. Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in the EU or the UK) or with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to homes.koleo@gmail.com. This is free of charge, and we will not require you to justify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9.Security of your personal data

We value your personal information and ensure an adequate level of protection for it. We have implemented technologies designed to protect confidential data from unauthorized access and misuse; these measures are updated as new technologies become available.
