About the project
a combination house in the style of an Austrian chalet
The house is suitable for a comfortable life of a family of 4-5 people.
The project is made in the chalet style: the first floor is made of ceramic blocks, and the second floor is made of of glued beams. The main advantage of such houses is a compromise in the choice of material. The ceramic block allows you to experiment with the interior decoration of the first floor. And the glued beam will create the coziness of a wooden house on the second floor, where the bedrooms are located.
Entering the house, we find ourselves in a spacious hallway, where all family members will be comfortable at the same time. The hallway is adjacent to the boiler room and a large dressing room. Moving further into the house, we find ourselves in a common kitchen-living-dining area of almost 40 m². From the living room, you can access a spacious corner terrace.
In the kitchen, we have provided a window above the sink: it is convenient to watch children playing in the yard and pass treats to the terrace. The kitchen-dining room will accommodate a sliding dining table and a kitchen island with a bar counter. Also on the ground floor there is a study that can serve as a guest bedroom and a bathroom combined with a laundry room.
A window-lit staircase leads to the second floor with bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room and two children’s bedrooms with one shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a balcony. And the bathrooms on the second floor can be equipped with natural light through the dormer windows.

Modern chalets
Modern chalet homes retain many of the characteristic features of traditional chalets, such as open floor plans, a large number of windows and doors, free space, and connection to the environment. However, modern technologies and materials make it possible to create more energy-efficient and comfortable homes.
Living in a chalet house can be very pleasant and luxurious. It can be a cozy and comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy life to your heart’s content.
Construction of chalet-style houses
A chalet-style house on a slope can be an interesting and unique architectural form. Such a house can have several floors, but most often it is one-story and has an attic or basement.
It is often designed to use the gradient of the slope to optimize light and views of the environment. When building such a house, it is necessary to take into account the geological conditions of the area and conduct geotechnical studies to ensure the reliability and safety of the foundation and structure of the house.
