On the rain-protected terrace, 2.4 metres wide and around 7 metres long, garden furniture (armchairs, loungers) fits easily for summer meals. Or an easel, pots of flowers, a laptop table. 17 m² of open space is separated from the large living-kitchen by a huge transparent wall.

The timber walls and panoramic windows of the modular home “Hi-Tech 60”, in a neoconstructivist style, fit perfectly into a forest landscape, reflect beautifully in the surface of a lake or pool, and withstand the dust of an international road as well as the bustle of a holiday village. “Hi-tech house 60” project: two basic ergonomic layout options
The project’s authors developed two solutions for the interior of the home, with a living-kitchen and two bedrooms:
- A 23 m² living-kitchen, with the central part of the modular home taken up by a 6 m² bathroom, a transit hallway and a square hall. The bedrooms include niches for open or closed storage systems.
- A 31 m² living-kitchen, with the living room and bedrooms separated by a rectangular hallway leading out to the porch. The bathroom is designed for a shower cubicle or a built-in shower corner. The bedrooms are almost perfectly square.
Both variants separate the private and shared zones. The living room, together with the terrace, becomes the main place for rest, and for time with family and friends. One of the bedrooms easily converts into a study, a studio or a walk-in wardrobe.
“Hi-Tech 60” living module — plenty of light and air
High ceilings and panoramic glazing create a sense of space typical of premium living. In every bedroom the Hi Tech style project includes a large floor-to-ceiling window. The living room has windows on three sides, guaranteeing sunlight from dawn to dusk.
Hi-Tech 60 - a home for year-round use
Modern modular homes are fitted with independent heating systems, and withstand frosts down to -40°C and earthquakes up to magnitude 9. The frame walls form a complex sandwich of several layers of timber structures and thermal insulation with a high degree of energy efficiency. KOLEO pays particular attention to the choice of glazing and roofing material: the finished home has no thermal bridges.

Clean lines, the vertical pattern of the timber facade, a flat roof, a combination of different natural shades, atmospheric night-time lighting and a large glazed area highlight the high standard of modern eco living. This stylish home suits holiday villages, out-of-town recreational complexes, and club-style holiday settlements.
The Hi-Tech 60 modular home is easy to adapt to the needs of restaurateurs, shop owners, rental points, service centres, small-business offices and rural clinics.
The finished module elements, with electrical, heating and plumbing networks already installed, are assembled by the KOLEO team on a plot with any type of soil in just a few days. Every timber element of the Hi-Tech 60 modular home is made from Carpathian wood using the KOLEO team’s own equipment.
