PREFAB frame home
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Minimum shipment volume – 40ft FCL/full container.
You can place an order for two houses of 35-40м2 or one of 70-80м2 – this is the standart load of one container. Supply volume 600м2 / per month.
For 80м2 and more houses we can arrange delivery in several containers.
You need to decide on the size of the house, the project you plan to build, we provide a kit with the necessary components and form an individual price for you.

Prefabricated frame house
In 2012, KOLEO signed a contract for the first time to export a frame house to the European Union, namely to Italy. The customer of Ukrainian origin wanted to assemble the house himself on his own site, and we, in turn, provided him with everything he needed: design documentation, drawings and technical sheets, a set of walls and everything necessary for the installation of a frame house.
The KOLEO plant has been operating in Ukraine for many years, and all the houses produced were exported to European countries.
Recently, the production has expanded its capacity to the American and Canadian markets.

Choose the project

You can do this from our plans catalogue or choose an individual design service with our architect. We provide you with architectural documentation that you can register in your country for construction with the certification of your architect.
Step 2
Calculation of the cost
of a frame house
We provide a commercial offer with the cost of our services – including architectural documentation, production of a set of frame house, customs declaration of cargo.
Step 3
Signing a cooperation
contract
We specify in the contract its total cost, terms of cooperation, terms and arbitration – this is a guarantee of fulfilment of our obligations as a supplier and yours as a buyer.
Step 4
Production of frame or
modular house elements
After receiving 100% of the prepayment from you, we start the production of the frame house. We have our own premises and warehouses with the latest technology and skilled workers.
Step 5
Delivery of a frame
or modular house
When your house is ready, we load it into a container and onto a truck. The packaging is done using special technology to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transport. The goods go through the customs declaration process and are sent to you.
Step 6
Installation of a frame house
on your site
You receive a frame house kit and assemble it on your site on your own or by hiring specialised workers of your choice. The house is ready for you to live in!
