Life in a city flat is limited by walls. Life in the modular eco-home “Hi-Tech 60-1” has no limits: the 54 m² interior is complemented by relaxation terraces and a porch, totalling 50 m². KOLEO installs the compact modular home quickly, even in densely built-up areas or somewhere on a mountain plateau.
A special rhythm of happy living pulses here. In good weather, the owners spend most of their time on the open terraces leading out to their private garden. In snow and downpours, behind the panoramic windows of the bedroom and living-kitchen, the living 3D picture of the surrounding world changes every minute.

Modular home “Hi-Tech 60-1”: super comfort for a small family
KOLEO‘s architecture studio designed the “Hi-Tech 60-1” modular home project with a precise understanding of what modern families need: zoning, ergonomics, energy saving, an urban feel and modern conveniences.
This stylish home, with large panoramic windows, suits a single person or a family of 2-3. In the 35 m² living-kitchen it’s easy to host friends, celebrate New Year and family occasions. The bedroom is maximally private: from the front door, guests pass the bathrooms and go straight into the living room and on to the terraces.
The “Hi-Tech 60-1” modular home, with one bedroom and a living-kitchen, is complemented by a square hall and a bathroom. Inside there’s enough space for storage systems, a kitchen, a dining and relaxation zone, a mini office, and peaceful sleep. Wide terraces along two walls of the building add useful floor space with no extra heating costs.

“Hi-Tech 60-1”: built quickly at our own production facility
KOLEO sources the timber for its modular homes in the high Carpathian mountains, and processes it on high-precision equipment in our own workshops. Once the technical part of the project and the module’s interior fit-out are agreed, our team builds the individual module elements in stages, with electrical wiring, drainage and heating. Foundation, roof, site preparation, building systems, built-in furniture, glazing, interior finishes – that’s our expertise.
From discussing the concept design to handing over the keys of your new, elegant holiday home takes only a few months. The colour of the window frames, facade, terraces and interior finishes are agreed individually.
