We offer three types of prefabricated wooden housing kits made of glued laminated timber. Depending on your needs, you can choose from a starter kit to a full kit that includes all the necessary communications for your housing.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Minimum shipment volume – 40ft FCL/full container.

You can place an order for two houses of 35-40м² or one of 70-80м² – this is the standart load of one container. Supply volume 600м² / per month.

For 80м² and more houses we can arrange delivery in several containers.

You need to decide on the size of the house, the project you plan to build, we provide a kit with the necessary components and form an individual price for you.

TECHNICAL SIDE OF THE PROJECT

For easy understanding, we provide an sample of the general technical design of a project looks like on the example of the ‘Alonzo’ desing.

We provide a structural view from the house’s walls side.

SERVICES IN THE PREFABRICATED HOME

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT

For each of the three service packages, we provide an architectural project of the house, according to which you can carry out installation and construction on your place.

MATERIALS FOR INSULATION WALLS

We provide environmentally friendly insulation made from flax or hemp. This material is perfectly combined with wood and a comfortable microclimate is formed inside the house.

FASTENING THE TIMBER TOGETHER

Wooden dowels are used to fasten the glued laminated timber together. We usually make them from birch or beech wood.

A SET OF GLUED BEAMS

We assemble a set of glued laminated beams for wall construction, the quantity of which is calculated depending on the square of the house to be built. The moisture content of the wood is 8% – it is dry.

MATERIALS FOR THE ROOF TRUSS SYSTEM

We complete the necessary materials for the rafter system of a house that is planned to be built – the store has all the components.

MATERIALS FOR THE CEILING JOISTS

Each of the three kits includes ceiling joists, which are an important component of house construction. We provide a set taking into account the project of the house to be built.

MATERIALS FOR FLOOR INSTALLATION

For flooring, we offer thermally modified and ordinary dry boards with 8% moisture content at your personal choice. The set is designed for the floor area of your choice. Dimensions – 40x135mm/140mm

IMITATION TIMBER FOR CEILING OVERLAP

We offer imitation timber for ceiling overlap – environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing in a wooden house. Dimensions – 20x135mm/140mm.

A SET OF DOORS AND WINDOWS

We offer a set of windows – metal-plastic, aluminium or wooden. You can choose the material you like. The dimensions are calculated according to the openings in the walls according to the house project.

POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM SET

A set of everything you need to install a power supply in a wooden house is a basic need for comfort.

SYSTEM SET

A set for a water supply system in a wooden house according to your needs. We can provide everything you need to complete the house.

SEWERAGE SYSTEM SET

The sewage system in a wooden house is integral. We provide an installation kit with everything you need.

HEATING SYSTEM
SET

To maintain a warm temperature, we provide a set of heating systems for a wooden house – radiator heating with an electric or gas boiler, air heating with a pump and underfloor heating.

VENTILATION SYSTEM
SET

A complex of ventilation systems – recuperators, forced ventilation in places of accumulation of steam and moisture, odours and passive ventilation in a wooden house for your comfort.
