The modern architecture of the Sinea laminated timber house project is emphasised by the large area of glazing around the entire perimeter.
The house from glued laminated timber, according to the project Sinea, is logically divided into two zones: active, which includes a kitchen-dining room with access to the terrace and living room, the total area of the premises is more than 50 square metres. The second zone is a passive zone intended for rest, it includes three bedrooms. All bedrooms in the project have built-in wardrobes for storing things. It allows to save space and create cosiness in the rooms.
The house has two bathrooms, a large boiler room.
