For the construction of cottages made of glued laminated timber we use high-quality safe water-based glue, it does not contain harmful components. When gluing lamellas are laid in a special way, the fibres have different directions, which significantly increases the strength and rigidity of the material. The number of connected parts is usually 2-5 pieces, it depends on the type of profile. The lamellas are glued together under high pressure, about 100 tonnes per square metre, so the strength of the connection is ensured. The use of the latest technologies provides an opportunity to build durable and reliable houses from glued laminated timber with minimal shrinkage (1-3%). It should be noted that if you compare the material in terms of cost with a solid log, it will be much cheaper.

The final stage of manufacturing of structural elements consists in their processing on special machines, where they are given the necessary profile and size. Then the cups and mounting holes are prepared according to the project documentation.
