DURABILITY IN OPERATION OF WOODEN HOUSES
Wooden houses made of glued laminated timber are characterised by the absence of longitudinal cracks, which are often observed in buildings made of solid wood. Also, the object acquires high thermal insulation characteristics and fully meets the requirements of fire safety. For the production of structural elements of wooden cottages we use only wood of coniferous species: spruce, pine. Buildings are necessarily treated with special compositions: antiseptics, fire retardants – which increases their protective characteristics.
FAST CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN HOUSES
Buildings are made to exact dimensions, so the assembly process is much easier. The house set consists of elements with grooves, spikes, and a landing head, which guarantees a tight fit of the parts. In many ways, the assembly of a house made of glued laminated timber resembles the use of a children’s constructor. When the factory prepared the entire set of products according to the project documentation, you can start erecting the structure. Brusovy buildings do not need expensive finishing works, after sanding it is enough to cover them with varnish or paint.
