The Libran project is designed by a team of architects from our company.
The shape of the house made of glued laminated timber, according to the Libran project, is designed to be placed on small plots where the entrance is located on the sunny side (south, west). The corner shape of the house allows to functionally divide the entrance area and the terrace.
The house has a spacious kitchen-living room of 44.5 sq.m., 4 rooms (master bedroom, 2 children’s bedrooms and study/guest room). A small pantry is designed next to the kitchen. The terrace is accessed from the dining area. There are 2 patio systems in the project.
A compact sauna is provided in the project of the house from glued beam. The spacious entrance hall is equipped with space for a built-in wardrobe and a dressing room.

Our main technology for the construction of wooden houses is glued laminated timber.
Glued timber is made of specially prepared wood. Several thin strips (lamellas) are glued together, dried and specially treated. Then grooves are cut in each timber. Thanks to them, houses can be erected quickly, the grooves fit tightly together and do not require adjustment. The surface of the walls is smooth and even.
