HEAD OF SALES

Mission of the Role

Lead and grow KOLEO’s sales department – build an effective team, set up sales systems, and deliver on ambitious business goals in the eco-construction segment. Drive volume growth, improve service quality, and establish market leadership.

Main Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a sales strategy (short- and medium-term) aligned with KOLEO’s goals.
Building, motivating and managing the team of sales managers.
Setting sales targets, tracking KPI performance, analysing results.
Optimising the sales process: from lead to contract, CRM rollout, automation – integration with KOMMO CRM.
Working with marketing, product and finance teams to align pricing policy, unique selling points and market advantages in eco-construction.
Researching the market, competitors and client needs; shaping proposals, taking part in negotiations with key clients.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, improving client satisfaction.
Reporting to management: regular updates on results, risks and growth potential.

Candidate Requirements

Higher education (preferably economics, marketing or management).
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Sales (B2B or project sales preferred).
Experience building and managing a sales team, setting KPIs, and reporting.
Ability to think strategically and implement processes and work standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate at the level of key clients.
Analytical skills, ability to work with CRM systems, Excel and reporting. Result-oriented, proactive, with leadership qualities and stress resilience.
English language skills (intermediate or higher) are a plus.
Knowledge of construction/eco-house specifics will be an advantage.
