Morning. With a soft rustle the automatic curtains slide open, and the master bedroom on the second floor of the eco cottage in Swiss style fills with soft light from the large panoramic windows.
Through a spacious walk-in closet, the path leads to the hall with a door to a private bathroom and to a sturdy wooden staircase.
A few steps down, and you are in the kitchen-living room with a bay window of three huge windows, in which a soft seating corner or a table for six to eight easily fits. Nearby is the built-in kitchen. There’s plenty of space, room to set up a Christmas tree or dance.
A few more steps, and you’re on the huge covered terrace with massive garden furniture and wide steps down to the garden, the pool or the flower garden.

Layout solutions «Chalet 188»
A two-storey cottage in chalet style with an interior staircase and two entrance zones: a door with access to a 10 sq. m porch, and a wide terrace around the bay window. The private part of the second floor is 58 sq. m. The staircase is lit by panoramic windows.
The ground floor layout of Chalet 188 is easily adapted to the needs of a family or a hotel:
- two options for placing the entrance door with a covered porch, on the façade or the side wall of the house; the placement of the guest bathroom and boiler room changes automatically;
- one guest bedroom and a kitchen-living room with a 58 sq. m bay window, or an additional room and a 44 sq. m guest zone.
The architectural and structural part of the Chalet 188 project adapts to the plot configuration and setback lines, taking into account the owners’ privacy. The engineering part of the house project with standalone heating is developed after analysing the plot. The roofing materials, the profile and windows of the glazed structures, the colour of the façade and accent elements are agreed individually with the client.
