PROJECT "HI-TECH 002"

The concept design takes into account the specific features of wooden house construction: sturdy load-bearing walls carry the weight of the roof, and it’s easy to add extra walls inside the house to change the interior layout.

In every version, Hi-Tech 002 keeps the following unchanged:

• the bay window connecting to the kitchen-dining room;
• access from the living room onto the terrace;
• a wide portal between the hallway and the living room;
• bathroom access from the entrance hall, without passing through the main part of the house;
• total area;
• the size of the bathroom, covered porch and transit zones.

The main differences between the layout options of the Hi-Tech 002 project:

• porch and front door directly opposite the kitchen-living room entrance, or on the side of the house;
• bedrooms separated by a hallway or sharing a common wall;
• a 58 m² or 44 m² living room, with the remaining 13 m² forming a third bedroom with its own access to the terrace.

The symbiosis of open space and year-round living areas with maximum sunlight works like an anti-stress remedy: plenty of air, light, and private bedroom zones. Living rooms with large windows are easy to transform into a home office, a private practice consulting room, or a video blogger’s studio.
