Overall house dimensions 7.5×11 m. Total house area 165 m2. Ground floor height 2.7 m. Second floor height at the ridge 3.5 m. Attic wall height 1.5 m (where the roof meets the second-floor wall). House height 6.9 m. A double-height space is provided on the second floor.

The house kit includes frameless glazing of the front facade, with the option to add glazing to the side and rear facades.

Load-bearing frame of the house.
The post-and-beam system of the house is made of glued beams with cup-notch joints: corner posts 250×250 mm, facade posts 180×250 mm. Bottom plate 140×210 mm. Top plate 180×250 mm. Inter-floor ceilings – doubled beams 2x140x250 mm. Second-floor floor joists 84×180 mm, dovetail fixing.

Roof.
Metal tile MP Tramontana- NormanMP (PE-01-7024-0.5). Ridge cap, drip edges, wind boards, gutters. Rafters – dry, calibrated board 42×180 mm. Glued wind and eave boards 42×252 mm.

Frameless glazing of the front facade.
Frameless double-glazed units, impact-resistant, soundproof, energy-efficient, made of triple tempered glass 8-6-6 mm, with 18 mm thermal plastic spacers, 4 mm sealing depth, argon gas. Glazing unit thickness 56 mm.

Fasteners: hardware for tightening the load-bearing frame (galvanized studs and lag screws) in the quantity specified by the house project
