Description of the single-storey barn-style house of 105 square metres with 3 rooms and one bathroom.

Exterior:
Façade: made of natural materials such as timber and metal, in the classic barnhouse style. Timber cladding in a dark or light shade is combined with metal elements. Black or dark blue metal can be used to create contrast.
Roof: a gable roof with a steep pitch, which gives the house its distinctive barn appearance. The metal roof covering provides durability and a clean look.
Windows: large panoramic windows that provide plenty of natural light. Tall vertical windows can be used to create a distinctive style.
Entrance: a solid timber door with metal elements. A small terrace or porch may sit in front of it, finished in the style of the overall façade.

Arrangement of the rooms:
Living room and kitchen: an open plan with a high ceiling, creating a spacious and bright interior. The living room flows into the kitchen and dining area. A large panoramic glass wall with doors leads onto the terrace or into the garden. The living room is furnished with modern pieces in natural materials, a large dining table and a kitchen island with bar stools.
– Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: spacious, with a large bed and built-in wardrobes for storage. The window overlooks the garden or the inner courtyard.
Second bedroom: can be used as a child’s room or a guest room. Compact but functional, with space for a bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom: ideal as an office, a child’s room or another guest room. The window provides natural light.
Bathroom: the only bathroom in the house, but well equipped. It contains a bath or shower cabin, a toilet, a washbasin with storage units and a washing machine.
Utility rooms: a small pantry or laundry for household items and for the washing and drying machines.
