Timber Frame House for the Selesh Family
We want to say a huge thank you to the whole team for their unity and organisation, for the quality and speed of construction, and for their understanding during this difficult time for us!
We’d like to share our story with you. We planned to start building our house 5 years ago and visited every construction company we could find. Their prices were sky-high, with 15% added for rising building material costs. Then we saw your company on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Thank you again so much to Petro and his team – building with you was a real pleasure, very easy, and decisions were made very quickly. A big thank you also to the engineer, who seemed to “read our minds” and saw exactly what we wanted. And to Ivan’s crew for their speed and quality – they even planted us a cherry tree, “for the full enjoyment of life”. Petro, thank you again for your understanding!!!
Timber House for Valeriia
I’d like to thank the company KOLEO, its head Petro, and the construction crew for building my house to an individual timber design (foundation, assembly, roof). All work was done on time, in line with the contract, all contract terms were honoured, everything was clear, professional, done with know-how and confidence. It turned out really great. The project isn’t finished yet, and we’ll continue working together. I recommend the company KOLEO!!!
Timber House for Vitalii's Family
The company KOLEO built me a house from 160×200 mm edged timber, house size 10×7 m on a precast concrete block (FBS) foundation. I’m very glad I didn’t make a mistake choosing a company to build my home. Communication with the engineer while preparing the contract and agreeing on the construction terms was productive and well-reasoned, leaving only positive impressions. I’d especially like to highlight the clear coordination of all the related trades during the construction. The build was carried out by Serhii’s crew – great, cheerful, tidy guys from Transcarpathia!
A House for Svitlana and Her Big Family
It’s the same story as for everyone else – a loving husband, wonderful kids, a dog, a cat – and living in a two-room flat started feeling cramped with the family growing, so after weighing it all up we decided to move into our own house. 9 months ago I started browsing all kinds of websites to find someone to build with. We searched for a long time, went to meetings, had projects drawn up, but something never felt right. But if you keep looking, you find what you need, and we found Koleo after stumbling across their website. Saying we’re happy would be an understatement – the company’s team delivered 100%! A special thank you from our family goes to the manager and, of course, to the site foreman Ivan) Well done! We recommend working with them – personal experience is always a mark of quality!
