PROJECT "SINTIYA"

This architectural design project presents a modern two-storey residence that combines practicality with aesthetic appeal, ideal for a family seeking space and comfort. The total floor area of the house is 196.36 square metres, and the layout makes highly efficient use of both indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The building measures 11.3 by 14.55 metres and impresses with its façade, which combines modern elements with traditional materials. The exterior is finished in a neutral palette of grey and natural wood tones, complemented by stone, highlighting the house’s country charm. The gable roof not only adds aesthetic appeal but is also functional for drainage and insulation.

Inside, the house has 144 square metres of interior space, cleverly divided for versatile use. The floor plans reflect a well-organised layout with five rooms that can serve as bedrooms or offices depending on the occupants’ needs. Two bathrooms provide convenience for both family members and guests. One of the standout architectural features is the inclusion of double-height ceilings in parts of the house, which lends the space a sense of openness and airiness.
