The “DELIA” project is an ideal example of modern home design, integrating eco-friendly materials with advanced construction technology. The house’s total area is 231.2 square metres, providing spacious, comfortable living for a large family or for entertaining guests. The glulam and half-timbered structure not only guarantee the house’s durability and stability, but also add aesthetic appeal through their natural finishes.
The house has two storeys with large living rooms featuring panoramic windows that open onto stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Ceiling height in the house is 4.5 metres, giving the interior spaces a sense of openness and light. The interior rooms cover an area of 184.54 sq. m, while terraces and verandas take up 46.66 sq. m, perfectly suited for relaxing outdoors.
The main focus of the interior design is a spacious, self-contained kitchen-living room, which takes up 80% of the house’s total area. The kitchen-living area is 80% lit by natural light, making this room especially comfortable and cosy for spending time at home. The entrance area is separated from the main living quarters, providing residents with extra privacy.
Among the project’s special features is also a barbecue zone, located on the open terrace, an ideal spot for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. The project allows for the terrace to be fitted with open or enclosed glazing, letting you use this area in any weather.
Thanks to the use of glulam, the house stands out for its high energy efficiency and eco-friendliness. This material not only provides excellent thermal insulation, but also brings natural beauty and durability to the structure.
