FINNISH HOUSE PROJECT "YUHAN"

The “YUHAN” project is a modern single-storey timber-frame house with a total area of 92.5 m², combining classic and contemporary architectural styles with elements of Scandinavian and Finnish design. This house is ideal for the comfortable accommodation of up to six people, providing cosiness and convenience in every detail.

The project stands out for its convenient layout, which includes five spacious rooms and one bathroom. Large panoramic windows provide excellent natural light, creating bright and cosy interiors. Stained-glass-style windows on the west side add a modern look to the house and let you enjoy wonderful views.

The house has a gable roof, covered with metal tiles or soft roofing, which provides reliable protection from weather conditions. Metal doors underline the strength and security of the structure, while various facade finish options – ventilated panels, wood imitation, artificial stone, siding, fibre-cement panels – allow you to create an individual style for the building.

The project envisages the use of eco-friendly insulation materials, such as basalt stone wool, which ensures a high level of thermal insulation. Protective films increase the durability of the structure and contribute to the energy efficiency of the house, reducing heating and air-conditioning costs.

The spacious terrace adds an extra area for relaxing outdoors. The terrace can be set up for family dinners, meetings with friends, or simply for unwinding after a working day.
