The 12 by 16 half-timbered house “Delf” is one of our company’s largest standard projects, an excellent choice for a large family and those who value space. The total floor area of the building is 345.7 sq. m.

Features and layout of the 12×16 half-timbered house

The ground floor, with an area of 140 sq. m, holds the living room, kitchen and dining room, arranged with an island layout. From this zone you can step out onto a spacious covered terrace for summer relaxation. The entrance group consists of a hall, utility room and bathroom; a study is also located nearby, which can be converted into a guest room. The half-timbered house project is notable for having three separate porches located on different sides.

The second floor holds one large master bedroom and two smaller ones, each with its own separate access to a balcony. There are three walk-in wardrobes, a bathroom and a separate toilet room here.

The spacious living room and several bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. A double-height space alongside the panoramic glazing makes the interior even brighter and more spacious.
