For example, you can conveniently step out of the music room onto the terrace to relax under the open sky, and then effortlessly move into the sauna to relax.

Kitchen-Living Room (50 m²):

The central element of the house, the large panoramic glazing provides stunning views of the surrounding area and fills the space with natural light. High ceilings of up to 5.4 meters create a sense of openness and space. The modern kitchen interior is perfect for family gatherings and parties.

Divided into covered and open sections, the terrace offers versatility of use. The covered zone protects from bad weather and allows you to spend time outdoors without any obstacles, while the open zone is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying sunny days.
