The universal “MONO” space easily adapts to any functional purpose. In the base configuration you can choose a layout for a hotel room, a sauna, a gazebo, a mini-office, a site watchman’s cabin, a retail pavilion or even a bar house. It’s also easy to change the house’s exterior appearance.
The house’s load-bearing structures, roof, floor slabs and partitions are made of CLT panels.
The house can be assembled in a short time from ready-made modular wooden structures.
