The spacious and ergonomic MINI 80 house for permanent living includes all the spaces needed for everyday life: a kitchen-diner with a terrace, a living room with a fireplace,
4 bedrooms.
The compact layout and efficient volume make it possible to fit the house on a small plot with maximally rational use of space and minimal impact on the landscape. The project allows for variable layout solutions and easy adaptation to an existing plot. A range of façade finishing materials lets you create an individual look for the house.

The house’s load-bearing structures, roof, floor slabs and partitions are made of monolithic CLT panels. Thanks to the technological solutions and the specific construction of CLT panels, the house can be quickly ordered and assembled in a short time from ready-made modular wooden elements.
