• area and number of storeys;

• foundation type;

• roofing material;

• completion level (under roof, turnkey).

The basic package includes:

• preliminary design and structural solutions;

• manufacturing of the wall kit (timber / CLT / logs);

• floor beams, truss system, roof deck;

• protective wood treatment.

The difference is due to three factors:

1. Production technology. For example, CLT is more expensive due to its multi-layer structure.

2. Materials. Premium-grade timber, membranes, insulation — affect the final amount.

3. Currency exchange rate and logistics. KOLEO forms the price in euros, so the current rate is fixed at the time of contract signing.
