The house built to the Stefaniia project is a two-storey glulam timber house that echoes features of a “barn house”: the entrance design and layout are typical of the style. That’s exactly why dark, “weathered” colours suit the façades so well.
The central space of the house is a 47 sq. m living-dining room on the ground floor. Panoramic windows and double doors are fitted in the double-height living room area, leading out onto the spacious terrace. The dining area has a large floor-to-ceiling window.
The living-dining room space flows smoothly into the kitchen area, which has two windows: a narrow horizontal one above the sink and an L-shaped one by the breakfast bar. The remaining part of the ground floor is private – it houses a bathroom and a study with a large window, which can be used as a guest bedroom.
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two children’s rooms sharing a bathroom. The second-floor hall is a wide balcony above the double-height space, offering a view of the living room.
