This wooden house project is an elegant example of how modern architecture can be in harmony with deep respect for the natural environment. Designed specifically for an active and ambitious young family, the house uses environmentally sustainable materials and innovative design solutions that reflect their values and lifestyle.
The concept of the house grows out of the needs of a young, active family. The interior and space planning are focused on convenience and functionality, from the spacious communal zone on the ground floor to the private spaces on the second floor. Every aspect of the house is designed to meet the family’s everyday needs as much as possible, while giving each member a comfortable place to live and grow.
This house was designed with special attention to ecological integration. Its architecture fits harmoniously into the natural landscape without disturbing the local ecosystem. Avoiding extensive vertical grading and landscaping preserves the natural, untouched look of the site. This approach not only reduces the impact on nature but also creates a healthy living environment for the family, supporting sustainable development and ecological harmony.
The main feature of the house’s layout is that it takes into account the cardinal directions, the shape of the plot and the views. The ground floor holds a large area for spending time together, including a living room and dining room with large panoramic windows. They open onto the plot and let natural light fill the space, creating a sense of openness and freedom. The central living zone is an ideal place for gatherings and relaxation, letting the family and guests enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.
The house has an angular shape: one part is occupied by the utility block with a large garage and technical rooms, while the other holds guest rooms, a small sauna and a study. The guest rooms are ideal for the older generation of the family, providing them with comfort and privacy.
The second floor is entirely devoted to the owners’ personal space. It holds a large bedroom, a children’s room and a play room, which can be converted into an additional children’s room with a bathroom in the future. This lets the family adapt to changes in their life, providing room for the child to grow and develop.
