STEP 2 – DESIGN AND ENGINEERING (3-6 Weeks)
1.STANDARD PLAN/STANDARD PLAN WITH MODIFICATIONS OR INDIVIDUAL PROJECT
Under this option, KOLEO will provide a standard plan or modify a standard plan with the specified components, as well as provide visualization of your home, a 3D design, and a full construction specification and cost of building your home kit. Once you have finalized the drawings, we can proceed with filling out the permits for submission to the local building authority.
2.INDIVIDUAL FLOOR PLAN, DRAWINGS FOR OBTAINING PERMITS AND DESIGNING A HOUSE
KOLEO will provide a custom design and custom of house that can be submitted for local permit approvals. – Design Brief and Proposal – Conceptual Design and floorplans – Architectural Drawing Set – Custom Foundation Engineering – Price is quoted per project
STEP 3 – GET IN THE QUEUE (1-6 Weeks)
1.RESERVATION OF THE PRICE, START OF HOUSE KIT ASSEMBLY
To start the production of a house kit, you need to make a deposit in the amount of the house sale price. Production will take up to 3 months.
2.SUBMIT FOR PERMIT
Permit documents are submitted to the local municipality for approval. – The cost of the permit can vary depending on the country of the recipient, the municipality and the size of the building – the time to obtain the permit can vary greatly depending on the municipality chosen.
STEP 4 – BUILD (1-3 Months)
1.PRODUCTION
Production and molding of the house kit begins – Weekly photos and updates are sent via a private web page – Completion date is updated.
2.COMPLETION OF FACTORY PRODUCTION
The house kit is ready for transportation to the customer’s country. Negotiation of convenient delivery time.
STEP 5 – RECEIVING A HOUSE KIT (1-6 Weeks)
1.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The house set is packed in a truck and sent to the destination (the territory of the European Union). For delivery to another continent (North and South America, Asia, etc.), the truck with the house set goes to the port and delivery is organized by cargo ship.
2.INTERNAL LOGISTICS
The truck will deliver the house set within the European Union directly to the place you have specified.
When the goods arrive at the seaport, we can arrange domestic delivery or leave it to the customer to decide.
